Standardised questionnaire with 9 key HR measures applicable company-wide with minor customisation. Classroom or online data collection, annually or quarterly.

  • Employee segmentation by departments, length of service and management level for strategic HR planning (attraction and retention of staff and succession planning) and HR management (leadership, team building and staff development).
