The ACNielsen “Global Organic and Functional Foods” Study was conducted in 38 markets across North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and South Africa. More than 21,000 consumers were surveyed online in May of 2005 to gauge their attitudes and purchase intentions towards organic and functional foods.
