The ACNielsen Global Consumer Confidence and Opinions Survey was conducted in 46 markets across North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and South Africa. More than 25,400 consumers were surveyed online in October 2006 to gauge their feelings towards the past and future state of their local economies, what they usually do with any extra cash they may have, and what issues and concerns trouble them the most. This report also contains data specific to the US and Canadian markets.
